• Your quiz answers — your goal, activity level, obstacle, training location, age, height, weight, goal weight, desired pace, and support preference — which we use to calculate your estimated calorie and protein targets.
• The source of your visit (e.g. an ad or campaign tag).
• Standard analytics and advertising data via cookies and pixels, such as page views and general device information.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your personalized plan and results.
• To send you related marketing and coaching emails. You can opt out anytime (see below).
• To measure and improve our content and advertising.

We don't sell your personal information. We use:

• Supabase — securely stores your email and quiz answers.
• Resend — sends your plan and marketing emails.
• Affiliate networks & partners (e.g. Amazon, CJ, FlexOffers, and brands like Factor, Noom, BODi, HealthyWage, Legion Athletics) — when you click an affiliate link, the destination site and its network may set cookies to attribute the referral. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and measurement via the Meta Pixel.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

This site and the services above use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, measure performance, attribute affiliate referrals, and show relevant ads.
