This site exists for one kind of person: the guy who's overweight, somewhere between 18 and 30, who's tired of conflicting advice and just wants a clear, honest starting plan that actually works. No influencer hype, no fads, no shame — just the basics done right, and help putting them into practice.
Everything recommended here comes from real experience and the actual science of training and nutrition — not from whatever program pays the most. When something is an affiliate link, it's disclosed plainly (see our Affiliate Disclosure), and it's only here because I'd recommend it to a friend.
My story
Hey — I'm Ryan. I'm not a "fitness influencer," and I won't pretend I was born shredded. I'm an electrical engineering student who, somewhere between classes and not enough sleep, got tired of feeling out of shape and drowning in contradictory advice. So I did what I do with everything: dug into what actually works, tested it on myself, and cut the noise.
I'm a builder and a tinkerer at heart — when I'm not studying, I'm usually at my 3D printer making something, fixing something, or figuring out how it works. That's exactly how I approach training and nutrition: no broscience, no magic, just the proven basics applied consistently. Getting lean and strong isn't actually complicated — it's just buried under a mountain of marketing.
I built this for guys like me — busy, a little overwhelmed, and just wanting a clear place to start. It's early days, and I'm putting everything I've got into making it genuinely useful.
